I've been analyzing different approaches to navigate the current market volatility. What strategies are working best for you guys? Looking at dividend stocks, REITs, and index funds, but curious about what's actually performing well in this environment.
Don't overlook REITs right now. Interest rates are stabilizing and many quality REITs are trading at discounts. I'm focusing on data center and healthcare REITs for long-term growth.
Index funds are still the way to go for most people. Low fees, diversification, and time in the market beats timing the market. I'm 80% VTI, 20% international.

4 months agoI've had great success with dividend aristocrats this year. Companies that have increased dividends for 25+ years tend to be more stable during volatility. Also, dollar-cost averaging into VTI has been my consistent winner.
